Background

Our mission is to help organizations that work with low income people to improve financial sustainability and program or product quality through the formation of Shared Service Alliances.

Opportunities Exchange is a nonprofit consulting group created by the collaboration of BWB Solutions and the Alliance for Early Childhood Finance. Co-founders from each of these organizations – John Weiser of BWB Solutions, and Louise Stoney of the Alliance for Early Childhood Finance – formed Opportunities Exchange in 2009 to further the development of Shared Service Alliances, primarily in the nonprofit sector.

BWB Solutions is a national consulting practice whose core mission is to serve clients and organizations seeking to create a more just society. The Alliance for Early Childhood Finance is a partnership dedicated to seeking more rational financing of early care and education in America through inquiry, analysis and communication among early care and education policy activists.

Our work is incubated at Third Sector New England, a Fiscal Sponsor that offers a home for unincorporated groups, projects and grassroots coalitions that are building stronger communities and providing leadership in the nonprofit field.
